The process is simple and kept under wraps
On your first admission day for treatment in our facility, you will immediately feel the warmth and friendliness of our staff. We have provisions to accommodate for new admissions within a day of booking although we advise that people pre-book in advance.
Clients, family members, friends, and medical experts can all refer new patients. As soon as the booking has been processed, we'll make sure that our staff will be more than happy to assist you.
You will get to know our medical staff once you get to our centre and you will be shown around so you can get to know everything about it. You'll be given a welcome pack that will give an explanation of everything you're required to know regarding your stay at the Sanctuary Lodge and a roster of the therapy sessions. Please call us when you cannot travel to our clinic on your own.

Upon Admission - Your First 24 Hours
We will arrange for you to see our detox specialist psychiatrist during your first 24 hours with us.
A complete evaluation will be performed here about your psychological and medical treatment requirements. A full detox regimen will be prescribed if required. Our mental health experts will be in charge of administering and monitoring your detox under strict protocol.
The psychiatrist is tasked with reviewing your treatment and pointing out any areas that would need special attention from a specialist expert. It is very crucial for us to address all your treatment needs during your admission; thus, we'll make sure that any aspect which has been stressed or suggested is included in your personalised treatment programme. Our clinical director, medical personnel and counsellors will then regularly review your treatment plan to make sure that you always get the top care.
Our warm and friendly employees will help you to settle into the place once you have completed your assessment. We fully recognize that this is a very stressful and fearful time for most, but our staff is on hand to offer advice and reassurance at all times.
